Monitoring and Control system for Yachts in Europe

The first Hi-tech Monitoring and Control system for Yachts in Europe; the HERTZinger Easy+ system. A touch-screen switch panel that controls all the usual functions is also fitted with a SIM card for control and monitoring the functions via your iPhone or iPad. All regular items are switched on or off automatically, when the boat is sailing, the navigation lights will be switched on when it is getting dark. If somebody enters the boat a text message is send to the mobile phone, on this same mobile phone the inside camera installed on board can be watched. There is also a non touch-screen version available, where all functions are controlled by the iPhone or iPad.

Locker Doors

Single, double or custom shaped lockers doors are engineered to suit your particular requirements. Our line of vertical or horizontally installed locker doors are supplied as either fabricated or machined panels from 12mm or 25mm 5083 aluminium plate with stainless steel or aluminium frames.. Perimeter framing is either clamped, welded or glued into the bulkhead cut out. All hardware and fastenings are from 316 stainless steel, isolated with acetal to protect from bi-metallic corrosion. Locker doors can be supplied either bare, primed or paint finished to your requirements

Louvers

KC/SDU Ventilation and air louvers suit any application. Our exclusive design minimizes weld distortion to the louver blades, allows for 100% paint coverage and are fully adjustable to align the blade insert panel with the finished bulkhead. Using the latest modeling software ensures proper engineered air flows. Supplied in either extruded aluminium or mirror polished 316 stainless steel. Options include weld in, clamp in or bolt in style, prepped and primed or fully top coated to match the finished superstructure.

New to the market, this Stainless DownUnder Flush Slider shows impeccable engineering. Powered by a 24v brushless DC motor, the seamless automated operation has multiple function options available such as overhead sensors, push button operation, touch screen controller or biometric scanning. Designed to reduce the space required for door operation - especially in areas such as the port and starboard accessways, or wherever design issues are compromised. The Flush Slider enables the clean sleek lines of the vessel to be un-interrupted and does not compromise the finished aesthetics of the superstructure. The ‘at sea mode’ provides peace-of-mind during transit.

The summer 32 version of the CSR range incorporates the same clever ideas as the 53 including the stylish ergonomic design for optimum performance, back entry zip and water barrier, but the weight of combined 0.2mm and 0.3mmm thermal-lined fabric, makes it the perfect choice for less extreme conditions. The suit is also available as a shorty. Like the winter version, the 32 is one of the most flexible suits of its type on the market thanks to the super-stretch lightweight, neoprene panels, which provide freedom of movement in high stress areas such as under the arms.

The CSR 53 winter steamer is the ultimate suit for use in extreme conditions and available in men, women and children’s sizes. Constructed using 0.3mm and 0.5mm Titanium lined Neoprene with glued and blind stitched seams the 53 provides unrivalled thermal qualities. It is also one of the most flexible suits of its type on the market thanks to the super-stretch lightweight, neoprene panels, which provide freedom of movement in high stress areas such as under the arms. The back entry zip is supported by a fabric water barrier, which incorporates a Lycra collar that pulls over the head and tucks neatly inside the suit to help prevent water ingress. There is also comfortable smoothskin outer collar, which is secured with anti flush closure.
