ART Marine signs deal with Royal Phuket Marina

The two companies will collaborate on the benefits and privileges offered to berth holders.
UAE-based boat distributor and marina operator ART Marine has signed an agreement with Thailand’s Royal Phuket Marina to collaborate and enhance the benefits and privileges offered to their respective berth holders.
The agreement is part of ART Marine’s strategy to build bridges between its self-operated network of marinas and associated marinas around the world. Under the terms of the deal, marina members and berth holders from both parties will enjoy benefits from being part of Destinations, ART Marine’s marina network.

Benefits include free berthing for three days at all marinas within the network, special promotion tariffs and discounts on outlets in the marinas, and more.

“It is our desire to offer our members new destinations and different experiences, so establishing strategic relationships with other world-class marinas is a key enabler to this objective,” says ART Marine president and CEO Constantinos Constantinou.

Founded in 2005, ART Marine offers marine services such as yacht sales, maintenance, aftersales service, yacht management, charter, watersports operations and marina management throughout the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia.

The company’s marina division, ART Marine Marinas, operates five lifestyle marinas - the marina at the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa; Ghantoot Marina and Resort in Abu Dhabi; Zighy Marina in Oman; the Emirates Palace Marina in Abu Dhabi; and Durrat Marina in Bahrain.

In 2010, ART Marine Marinas picked up an Arabian Gulf Yachting Award for Marina Operator of the Year.
