Bella-Veneet Oy has purchased the company's moulds and manufacturing rights.
Finland’s Bella-Veneet Oy has acquired MV-Marin’s six-model range of boats, including all moulds and manufacturing rights.
MV-Marin is a family-owned company with a long tradition in the manufacture of GRP boats. The company claims to be the fourth largest boatbuilder in Finland, having produced around 8,000 models in almost 40 years. Today the range comprises six models from 4.6-6.6m (15ft-22ft).
Bella-Veneet Oy designs and manufactures the Bella, Flipper and Aquador brands. Around 70 per cent of its production is exported to 25 countries worldwide.
Bella says that its “efficient production” and “large volumes” will provide a competitive advantage for the company in its future production of MV-Marin boats.
