The registration fees collected from the DAME Design Awards entries are used to make a contribution to (non-profit) government approved public charities who ‘s work will enhance the international marine (leisure) industry.
This organisation will be selected by the METSTRADE Exhibition Committee.
The DAME donation will be offered to the charity organisation during the METSTRADE Breakfast Briefing which includes the DAME Design Award Ceremony on the opening day of the show in the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre.
Up to this date the DAME donation has raised approximately € 15,000.00 a year for worthy causes, with the actual amount of the proceeds depending on the number of entries registered.
Certified marine-related public charities are invited to apply for the registration proceeds from the DAME Design Award competition.
