Kim Hollamby (secretary)
Kim Hollamby works as a consultant and non-executive director, focused on marketing, communications, business growth, change management, human resources and people development. Previously Kim was editor of Motor Boats Monthly and group editor of the IBI portfolio of publications, publisher of ybw.com and director of a technology team for Time Inc in the UK before moving to the board of an IT and software development company.
Hollamby Associates is operated by Kim and his wife, Michelle. It specialises in providing businesses services particularly to time-starved SMEs in the marine and other industries, including growth, change and project management, human resources, people development, governance, marketing, communications and publishing services.

Davide Cipriani
Centrostiledesign srl is an industrial design company that is focused on yacht design, providing a very high quality service to clients who want to see their ideas become finished products, by following the production chain in every single step. The main value of the company is co-operative system: a highly qualified team works together every day and controls internally any production phase, from concept to prototype.

Ben Ellison
Panbo, 'The Marine Electronics Hub', begun in 2004. It has become a well-respected online source of news, reviews and informed opinion about recreational boating electronics and other marine technologies. The international readership includes members of the trade, DIY enthusiasts, and regular boaters trying to understand the often complex possibilities of modern systems.

Patrick Hemp
ICOMIA is the international trade association representing the global marine industry since 1966. It unites 35 national marine industry associations in one global organisation and represents them at an international level. ICOMIA membership is estimated to represent more than 90% of the world’s leisure boating business. With the help of its members throughout the world ICOMIA acts internationally on behalf of the recreational marine industry

Arjen Jansen
TU Delft is the oldest and largest university of technology of the Netherlands: a university constantly seeking outstanding talent to keep it in the top rank. The Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering is a breeding ground for first-class designers; it’s a multidisciplinary study, where students learn about every aspect of product design, such as practical design skills, a broad technological grounding and extensive knowledge of innovation processes.

Olivier Racoupeau
Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design was founded in 1994 and more than 15,000 Berret-Racoupeau designs are sailing today. At the end of 2007 Jean Berret decided to retired from the activity of the office. These days Berret-Racoupeau has a team of 10-12 people and manages an eclectic mix of production boats, superyachts, monohulls and multihulls and Olivier’s wife Isabelle oversees interior design.
