The METSTRADE show has seen a striking growth in the number of dedicated national pavilions since its inception in 1988. Starting with just two at the first exhibition, the 2023 show represents all major producer countries in twenty-nine national pavilions, including Australia, Canada, China, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Nearly all pavilions are organized by their respective national marine industry association, of which all are a member of ICOMIA.
