We are producing custom made bollards and fairleads. We can supply the products with inspection certificates. We can do the strength calculation of your bollards and we can scan the boat shell surface with 3D measuring machine.
railings and handrails
Bilgin is producing various type of profiles for the top rail of the railings. We can scan your boat with 3D measuring device and produce the railings according to the measured data.
decorative grills
Decorative grill is another product for 3D measuring technology. We can scan your boat and produce the grills according to measured data.
free standing stairs
We are scanning the staircase with 3d measuring device and produce the stair on fixture system. We are bending the main beam, according to the templates that comes from the measured data.
windshields
We are producing the windshield according to 3D measuring data. Glass producers can also use our 3D model for bending the glass.
anchor pockets
We are producing the anchor pocket according to the 3D measuring data. The pockets are polished on the workbench before installing on boat. This procedure gives better surface quality.
navigation mast
Custom made navigation masts. They can be produced either from stainless steel or aluminium.
portholes
Our portholes are custom made. All IACS member class society has a bureau in Istanbul. We are supplying portholes with class inspection certificate from any IACS members.
