Foam free floating concrete for marina floats and concrete pontoons. 100% recyclable, inert in the marine environment. Strong and ultra long life.
Offering pontoon manufacturers an alternative to EPS foam for buoyant cores. FOAM FREE - Made using ultra-low-density waterproof concrete for the core, and high-strength engineered skins. Significantly stronger than foam-filled floats, with a longer life span and zero or minimal cost at the end of their lifecycle. SWAP OUT - We have also developed a novel methodology to replace marina floats in situ without having to remove the pontoon - minimising disruption and revenue loss for marinas.
