Shaft line

Our shaft line systems include propeller shafts, shaft brackets, stern tubes, couplings and all associated components required for a complete propulsion shaft arrangement. Each system is engineered to meet the client’s requirements, either based on supplied drawings or fully developed by our engineering department. All components are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the major Classification Societies, ensuring reliability, afety and longterm performance.

Rudder systems

Our rudder systems deliver maximum steering performance, reliability and control. Available in plate, double plate, cast and flanged configurations, they can be tailored to each project. Complete packages can include rudders, stock housings, tiller arms and tie rods. Made from certified marine-grade materials and designed to meet major Classification Society requirements, they ensure durability and long-term performance.

Electronic Steering Systems

Engineered for maximum control, our electronic steering systems combine advanced steer-by-wire technology with robust hydraulic power units and actuators. Closed-loop monitoring ensures precise rudder response and smooth manoeuvring. Modular architecture enables integration with bridge controls, autopilots and vessel automation, while configurable redundancy enhances safety. Thruster Systems

Our thruster systems enhance vessel control, safety and manoeuvrability during docking and operations in restricted areas. Engineered to each vessel’s requirements, they ensure optimal thrust, seamless integration and efficient use of energy. Available for bow and stern applications, they are designed for long service life, low maintenance and reliable performance even under demanding operating conditions.

Trim Tabs Systems

BCS Marine trim tab systems improve vessel performance, stability and onboard comfort across a wide range of operating conditions. Available in stainless steel and aluminium configurations, they provide precise trim adjustment, faster planing, improved visibility from the helm and increased propulsive efficiency. Faster planing, Improved propeller efficiency, Reduced pitch and roll. Stainless steel blades, Aluminium blades, Single or twin-cylinder blade configurations for high load applications.

Power assisted Steering Systems

BCS Marine electrically power-assisted steering systems combine proven hydraulic reliability with the comfort and precision of electro-hydraulic assistance.
