Water inlet "goccia" series (Art. 1262) - Bronze

The Guidi patented Goccia water inlet inspired by nature to enhance performance, reduce water resistance, increase flow rate and decrease noise levels

The drop-profile, known as “Goccia” in Italian, is striking in design. It ensures perfect hydrodynamics and effectively conveys water without creating turbulence or depressions. The design was developed by Guidi and verified through a side-by-side collaboration with the University of Genova via CFD analysis. The analysis results show key improvements compared a standard water inlet: enhanced performance, reduced water resistance, increased flow rate and decreased noise levels.
