Halyard specialise in water-cooled and dry exhaust systems and as the distributor for Xeamos aftertreatment solutions can provide DPF and SCR packages. We offer a wide range of standard and bespoke components, designed and manufactured in-house, with our scope of supply covering individual components to complete exhaust systems. Whether the requirement is a sophisticated bespoke water-cooled or dry full exhaust system with aftertreatment or a replacement component Halyard have the solution.

Halyard GRP Silencers, Separators & Connectors

GRP and moulded silencers, separators and connectors for marine exhaust systems.

Halyard provide a standard range of lift silencers and separators in different geometries to suit customer installation requirements. For more complex installations we provide bespoke dual chamber silencers for improved noise attenuation, or combined silencer separators. Manufactured to Lloyds Type Approval for use in marine exhaust system applications.

Halyard have a long-standing partnership with Rubber Design utilizing their products in Halyard exhaust systems and other applications. We can also offer these as standalone products to meet customer requirements.

Aquadrive Antivibration Systems

Aquadrive

The Aquadrive® system isolates the engine from the boat so noise and vibration are greatly reduced. Most installations result in a 50% or more reduction. Aquadrive will also minimise wear on the transmission and cutlass bearings. The propeller shaft is aligned to the Aquadrive thrust bearing, which absorbs the propeller thrust. A Constant Velocity (CV) shaft transmits engine power to the thrust bearing and propeller shaft.

Health Checks, maintenance, repair, overhaul, equipment replacement, and sea trial services for Halyard supplied products and other onboard equipment.

To ensure reliable operation and long service life of onboard equipment, it is critical that regular inspection and maintenance is carried out. To support this Halyard is able to provide customers with the high level of support required with our service operation providing both field based and workshop support. This service is available both in the UK and overseas from our own support engineers and also through our network of distributors and dealers.
