Harken has added the CLR 12000 to the current line of mooring winches, appropriate for both sail and power yachts up to 91 m with holding power up to 12000 kg.
The CLR 12000 is a flush-stowing, deck-mounted powered winch featuring unique geometry that makes it weigh significantly less than the competition, occupying about half the horizontal and vertical footprint space while delivering comparable mechanical advantage. The patented drum system and unmatched power/size ratio means less space is needed.

Single-acting Integral Backstay
For sail shape optimization and smooth furling
Harken’s new integral hydraulic backstay adjuster provides the power to optimize sail shape quickly for racers and adjust mast tension for smoother furling for cruisers. The cylinder features a built-in, single-acting pump.
Every unit includes a hardcoat-anodized aluminum cylinder and pump, valve, and stainless pump handle with two attachment options: 1) a roll pin, that when installed, locks the handle permanently, 2) the roll pin can be left off and the handle may be inserted when needed.

CLR Mooring System
Two new components that team with our CLR mooring winches: manually retractable fairlead and bollard to control and terminate mooring lines
Available in 10, 20, and 30 ton models, the CLR Mooring System is designed to safely and efficiently moor large boats and megayachts (power and sail). When not in use, the components retract into the deck, maximizing space. Finish options are available to match existing deck material. When needed, the Bollard and Fairlead are easily raised with an included handle. When used with the existing CLR winch, the three components create an integrated system that clears decks for other activities.
