lightweight aluminium panel for easy forming
Metawell® Aluflex is a material with rigidity levels that depend strongly on the direction. The corrugated sheet is bonded to only one aluminium cover sheet. This structure enables easy 2D-forming and provides a high rigidity to curved lightweight elements (e. g. curved ceilings). We use approx. 80% secondary aluminium.

Metawell®
Aluminium sandwich panel
Metawell® is a patented aluminium lightweight panel, which is thanks to its sandwich structure very light and has a high bending resistance. Metawell® sandwich panels are perfectly well suited for elements with an appealing surface and also as substrate for sophisticated surfaces.
Compared with solid aluminium of the same statical performance, Metawell® aluminium sandwich panels offer weight savings of up to 80 %.
We use approx. 80% secondary aluminium.
