It is dismountable to allow for easy cleaning and maintenance. The only parts to be changed are the o-rings!

This reinforced charge air cooler (Intercooler) was specifically designed to meet every SeaDoo owner's expectations: secure the engine's reliability while improving performance. The use of hot stamped naval brass for covers and tubes chosen with withstand sea water delivers lifetime relaibility and eliminate the risk of water ingestion.
Cooling fins with optimized geometry provide a better flow, lower intake temps and increased engine performance.
