V-Block

V-Block is the new mount developed to reduce vibrations transmitted through the structure of the ship or vessel.
This prevents them from reaching finishing panels of bulkheads and ceilings, thus minimizing noise generation.
V-Block is based on a steel structure on which a rubber mount is assembled. It can be easily installed and, if the need be, quickly dismounted in order to reach cables, pipes and other parts

Production

Our production department is equipped with 2 advanced manufacturing lines for marine plywood and high-performance sandwich panels, along with a dedicated finishing line for wood and paper surfacing. We operate 2 hot-melt bonding systems using polyurethane glue, and we offer precise panel finishing processes such as squaring, sanding, and painting. Our decorative unit specializes in veneer selection, matching, and processing to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Yacht engineering

The Yacht Engineering department provides technical consultancy and personalized support during the design phase. It develops automated CNC programs for precision manufacturing, collaborating closely with the executive team using advanced 3- and 5-axis machinery. The department manages materials, creates construction and demonstration drawings, oversees quality control, and coordinates shipment to ensure seamless onboard integration.
Sonor System
The new ready-to-install system for Superyachts
Sonor System is a ready-to-install modular solution that enhances traditional construction techniques for Superyacht bulkheads and compartments. It combines a wide range of surface materials and ensure easy installation. Developed by Nord Compensati’s Yacht Engineering department, Sonor System projects are delivered as prefabricated kits and have undergone strict testing in real onboard conditions.
