TEMA electric motors can be integrated between any diesel engine and standard gearbox, or via PTO/PTI gearbox. The Parallel Hybrid system supports six operating modes: 
1) diesel operation
 2) electric operation
3) full-power boost
 4) boost to reduce diesel consumption
 5) generator mode – battery charging during diesel operation
 6) generator mode – battery charging with propeller off.
