Termodinamica’s Direct Gas Expansion (DX) technology takes a different approach to marine climate control. Instead of circulating chilled water throughout the vessel, refrigerant is delivered directly to the air handlers serving each individual zone. The result is a more compact, lighter and responsive HVAC architecture, with reduced piping and installation complexity, greater design flexibility, enhanced humidity control and quieter onboard comfort.
