Bungy mooring line snubbers - not just for sailors
Our Bungy mooring line snubbers are much more than just a mooring line snubber. Bungy is used in many industries to dampen shocks in industrial machinery and for towing various things. Many SAR groups are using our Bungy snubbers when they rescue boats in trouble in rough sea to avoid shocks in the towing lines. Here you can read how Australian Coastguard completely eliminated all shocks in their 70 metre Ø20 mm Dyneema towing lines. Also, the lines are much easier to loosen when the job is done
Bungy mooring snubber pulling test 2143 kg
We had this pulling test made in 2024 in order to show that even if our Bungy mooring line snubbers are small, they are much stronger than any product from our competitors. The test lab pulled 2000 times with 2143 kg. It was the first time in 80 years the test lab could not pull a product apart.
