DIAMOND TRIPLE YM125
The ZÖLLNER DIAMOND TRIPLE YM125 is a diaphragm
sound transmitter of three Makrofons operating on compressed
air. The signal is released by three electrovalves or
manually using a hand pull-rope. To avoid the costly laying
of a pull-rope, an additional electromagnet for emergency
voltage can be provided. A thermostat controlled anticondensation
heating keeps the sound horn and the operating
valves free from condensed water and thus from ice.

The ZÖLLNER MAKROFON YM75F is a diaphragm sound
transmitter operating on compressed air. The signal is
released by an electromagnet.
Typically the MAKROFON YM75F will operate on air pressures
between 4 and 10 bar. For electric release a connection
to 230 or 115 V AC 1phase or 24 V DC power supply is
required.

An essential component is the piston inside the cylinder driven by an AC 3phase motor via connecting rod, crankshaft and gearwheels. The piston oscillates at a certain frequency which makes the air inside the sound horn vibrate in resonance to produce a sound audible over a wide range.
