Clarissa Androsoni is an accomplished business development leader and strategist in the superyacht interiors sector. Based in Hamburg, she serves as Business Development Director at Winkels Yacht Interiors, a division of Winkels Interior Design Exhibition GmbH, where she bridges shipyards, designers, and owner representatives across Europe. With over fifteen years of international experience spanning technical outfitting, production management, and client relations, Clarissa is known for her ability to merge German precision with Italian creativity and a forward-thinking commercial mindset.
She is the founder of the Smart Interiors Horizon (SIH) committee under the Water Revolution Foundation, driving sustainability and innovation in yacht and luxury interiors through research, partnerships, and education. Beyond her corporate role, she also founded Clarissa Androsoni Consulting, advising shipyards and interior stakeholders on complex projects and sustainable value creation.
Clarissa’s work sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing, interior processes, and strategy. Her current projects include developing multi-stakeholder initiatives for circular interiors and launching new ventures in sustainable owner-supply products.
