Rapid manufacturing machine for free form shapes, with customizable width and up to 5 robotic shapewave® fuse heads

Pre-cut and printed membranes are placed on conveyor tables and fed into a build zone, where the robotic shapewave® fuse heads apply internal webbing tapes of up to 16 mm wide. 2D layouts and machine tool paths are generated in our proprietary WAM software, with precise density an contour control. The shapewave® fused bonding holds well over 100 N/cm¹. With a standard build width of 1.5 m, customizable up to 3.5 m, large parts can be built with only a few seams
