ECR INSULATION SYSTEMS

ECR delivers advanced insulation that cuts temperatures, boosts engine performance, and improves efficiency with a lightweight, adaptable structure.

The ECR system uses a multilayer composite with a spray‑applied polymer coating to ensure strong thermal insulation and adhesion. It lowers surface temperatures to 45–55 °C, reduces heat in engine rooms, improves engine conditions, and can support fuel savings. Benefits include lower temperatures, better performance, higher efficiency, and lightweight adaptability to complex geometries.

CR INSULATION

CR insulation delivers high thermal reduction, compact design, long durability, and sealed safety for reliable marine engine protection.

The CR rigid insulation system provides advanced thermal protection, reducing heat by 80–90%, bringing gas temperatures from 600 °C down to 70–80 °C on the outer surface. Its compact thickness saves space, matches the lifespan of the piping, and ensures full sealing against liquids and external agents with no thermal bridging. Durable, safe, and MED A1 3.18 certified.
