MD1 Wiper motor 223BDO

Self-parking Exalto MD wiper for bulkhead mounting. This wiper is available in 12 and 24V and for several bulkhead thicknesses. With a torque of 23/25 Nm these wipers can handle arms up to 750 mm in length in combination with blades up to 750 mm in length. The 223BD is a pantograph wiper system. A black or white cover is availalble for protection. The motor is IER standard. The wiping arc is adjustable from 40° up to 90°, in 5° increments.

MD1 Wiper arms PU

Exalto PU wiper arms suit all MD1 & MD2 wiper motors, for windows up to 1100 mm. Their fold-back feature makes mounting, blade replacement, and window cleaning easier. Spring pressure is steplessly adjustable; the .01 version offers double pressure for high-speed vessels or raked windows. The swivelling blade clip lets you fine-tune blade positioning. Made of 316 stainless steel with bronze heads and black anti-reflective coating, arms are length-adjustable and now also available polished.

MD Wiper blades SS316

Exalto wiper blades are made of 316 stainless steel with a black anti-reflective coating on all metal parts. The Heavy Duty (HD) blades feature a special profile that reduces lift, making them ideal for applications requiring extra pressure. Plastic lower bridges make HD blades more screen-friendly: if the rubber gets damaged, these bridges won't scratch the screen. Note that every motor has a maximum blade length, so keep this in mind when choosing your wiper blade.

Wiper LED control panel

The LED control panel is a system from 2 to 5 wipers. It works in combination with a relay box. Ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for your wiper system.
