REF. 4600 - MULTITASK HOT AIR GUN

The new 4600 hot air gun designed by Express Shrink-wrapping, sometimes called heat gun, has a wide range of uses. It can be used to shrink-wrap small multi-material packages, shape ducts and PVC pipes, heat heat-shrinkable sleeves, unglue plastic tiles and adhesives, and install flexible floors with ease. For a sailor, this portable hot air gun can be as useful as a flare gun: a reliable, handy tool to perform various tasks on-board. It also weld and repair PVC sheets, strip and dry paints and varnishes

REF. 10161 - SHRINKFORMING GUN

Express Shrink Wrapping designed this new line of shrinkforming guns, which includes five models covering a narrow range of power levels. They range between 50 and 150 kW, but with ergonomic features that meet all possible usage scenarios. 10161 shown here is formed of a 50 kW titanium burner along with a 130 mm neck tube Cat. No. 50wl200, a safety handle with Piezo trigger and fast connection , a 10-metre hose and 4 bar regulator.

Rafale Heat gun with power of 65 kW for shrink wrapping boats

For winter storage and to protect boats when not in use for extended periods, such as when winterising, it is strongly recommended to use cocooning type processes. Our Rafale heat gun for polyethylene sheets, can be used to form a protective barrier around the boat, providing not only protection against the elements (wind, rain and snow), but also security in the face of theft and vandalism.
