Master HV BMS

High Voltage Battery Management System (48-900Vdc)
The MG Master HV, a high voltage battery management controller, is the safety and control unit of the battery pack. It protects the connected battery modules against over-charging, over-discharging, exceeding temperature limits, and it controls the balancing of the battery cells. The Master HV communicates with the connected battery modules and provides information to the EMS. The master BMS functionality is added to the battery system to provide all the safety and control measures.
RS Series Lithium-ion Battery

The RS 230 lithium-ion battery offers high performance together with the highest safety standards. This LiFePO4 based battery module contains a liquid thermal management system and a patented cell level propagation protection system. LFP 24V Series

Robust & Reliable Batteries
The MG LFP Battery 24 V is available in three versions: LFP 230, LFP 304 and the LFP 304 SLP. The third generation LiFePO4 chemistry forms the basis of this safe and reliable battery. This battery is fully scalable in both voltage and capacity. Easily expand your system by connecting the LFP batteries in parallel and series. Connect up to 16 modules in series, to create a system voltage of 470 Vdc. With the 304 SLP battery you can connect up to 22 in series to create a system voltage of 563 Vdc.
LFP 12V Series

Robust & Affordable 12V Batteries
This robust 12 V battery is based on Lithium Iron Phosphate chemistry. As a result, these batteries are safe and reliable and have a high energy density. Master LV

Low Voltage Battery Management System (12-96 Vdc)
The Master LV is the BMS for low voltage systems. The Master LV guarantees a safe and reliable operation. The internal BMS collects the data and monitors all essential battery parameters. This way, the Battery Management System preserves the health of your system. The BMS will always make sure that the parameters will stay within a safe operating window. When exceeding the safe operating window, the internal safety contactor opens automatically. This will disconnect all chargers and loads.
AFC 300

Alternator Field Controler
The MG AFC 300 alternator regulator protects the connected alternator, ensures optimal battery charging, extends battery life and enhances system reliability. The AFC 300 is fully NMEA2000 compatible and works seamlessly with both the MG Master LV, SmartConnect Series and the SmartLink.
Bluetooth makes it easy to configure and monitor the system with the MG Connect app on your phone. Its advanced features make it an essential device to complete an alternator powered MG battery system.
SmartLink MX

BMS Data Combining | Parallel Redundant System | Charger Control
Use the SmartLink MX for battery systems with two or more MG Masters HV or LV. The SmartLink MX collects and combines all data from the MG masters in a battery system. It transmits the combined data over CAN-Bus and makes it available for third party devices. It also makes combined battery data available in such a way, that parallel connected systems are shown as one battery bank. The SmartLink MX is able to communicate with both the Master LV for low- and the Master HV for high voltage systems.
