4T FORTE™ Composite

Continuous fiber composite sail range
The 4T FORTE™ composite structure incorporates high modulus fibres such as STR™ Solid Stripes, a new low stretch component of MMS™ technology which eliminates both glue and the mylar film, so often the weak element of a laminate sail. Using a multi micro layered structure, elements of the membrane are fused together in a cross linked, polymerised matrix resulting in a stable, stretch resistant, and durable sail. These sails are significantly lighter than conventional laminate sails.

IFS™ Furling Cableless Sails

Exclusive sail design replacing traditional furling cable with a structured luff (in headsails and downwind sails)
IFS™ - Integrated Furling Structure is an exclusive sail design that replaces the traditional cable with a structure of continuous structural fibers integrated directly into the sail’s luff. This advanced technology allows for a wider range of sail shapes and improved handling since they can be used comfortably and safely even by shorthanded crews, manouvering directly from the cockpit just like furling jibs and genoas.Once dropped, the cableless sail is very easily folded and stored away in the

IFS Multi Tradewind Sail

Innovative twin downwind sail system with cableless furling, easy handling and versatile performance for monohulls and multihulls.
The IFS Multi Tradewind Sail is an innovative twin downwind sail system designed for easy handling, versatility and efficient performance. Two structured-luff IFS gennakers share a single furling unit and can be used independently or together. The cableless construction reduces weight and halyard loads while improving furling, storage and sail changes. Suitable for monohulls and multihulls, it offers a practical alternative to traditional spinnakers and twin-genoa setups.

Solar Powered Sails (TBC)

The world's first sail with flexible solar cells built into its membrane, generating electricity while sailing.
HEOLE and OneSails have integrated organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells directly into the sail membrane, with lamination expertise from Flexon Composites — not attached externally as with previous solar-sail attempts. The sail folds, rolls and handles like a conventional performance cruising sail (700-850 g/sqm), while generating 1.5-4 kWh/day from a 21 sqm active area within a 100 sqm mainsail (42 integrated panels). A genuinely new category between sailmaking and solar technology.
