Z-Spars is the only mast manufacturer in the world to have a CNC 5 axis milling machine and anodizing tank for masts and booms up to 20 meters under the same roof.
Mast can be also painted in our sister factory.

Aluminium Mast

Z Spars riggings are made of the higher quality of 1x19 and Compacted strand wire cables. Swaged on Wire-Teknik machine the manufacturing is made under full traceability and quality control to ensure reliability and repeatability.
