FAQs - MyMETSTRADE

Edit your personal details in MyMETSTRADE by clicking on the pencil icon, edit your details and save them. In case you register your visit through MyMETSTRADE, your details will be used in your visitor registration, so you do not need to re-enter them.

If you register for another personal space, we will use the name and address details in our system.

This is not possible. MyMETSTRADE is linked to your email address. You can register one visitor per email address.

Do you want to register your colleagues? Please create a MyMETSTRADE account with their personal email addresses.

Don't forget to let them know they can use their personal space to prepare their visit to the show!

No, that is not necessary. Next edition of the show you can use the same login details to access MyMETSTRADE.

No, you don't have to create an account for every show. You have 1 account for all shows organized by RAI Amsterdam. You can login to your account on the different show websites.

You can use your Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn accounts to login to your MyMETSTRADE. This allows you to use the login of your social account so you don’t need to remember additional login details.

If you give permission to publish your data we may use your social profile photo on our website or in other METSTRADE communication materials.

If you already have an account, go to MyMETSTRADE in the top navigation (right top corner) of the website. Login with your social account or your email address and password.

If you do not yet have an account, but would like to use MyMETSTRADE, click on 'Register'.
