Applications open for the Next Generation Propulsion Showcase 2026

Metstrade 2026 and IEMA partner to present a broader showcase of Next-Generation Marine Propulsion Technologies
The Next Generation Propulsion Showcase is a dedicated exhibition area highlighting the latest developments in electric and hybrid propulsion systems, alternative fuels, advanced propulsion technologies, system integration and zero-emission solutions. By combining Metstrade’s global reach with IEMA's technical expertise on new technologies, the two organisations have partnered to curate an exceptional selection of products that demonstrate where marine propulsion is heading next.
Located in a highly visible position at the heart of Metstrade 2026, the Showcase will benefit from exposure to thousands of international marine industry professionals attending what is expected to be an even larger and more visited edition of the world's leading B2B leisure marine equipment exhibition.
"What's most striking today is the diversity of technologies being developed across the propulsion sector. The speed at which these technologies are progressing is remarkable. Every year we see new technologies entering the market — faster, quieter, and designed for plug-and-play simplicity that frees up interior space and broadens design possibilities for builders. The Next Generation Propulsion Showcase is designed to highlight these developments and recognise the companies that are leading the way." — Adria Jover, President and Founder, International Electric Marine Association (IEMA)
Applications are now open for Metstrade 2026 exhibitors wishing to participate.
Due to the limited number of display positions available, companies are strongly encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible. While all submissions will be reviewed by the Showcase Committee to ensure alignment with the event's forward-looking vision and technical standards, applications will be processed in the order they are received.
Companies interested in showcasing their latest propulsion innovations are invited to apply now. With limited spaces available and strong anticipated demand, early submission is highly recommended.
