Having been relocated to a larger space in Hall 9, the Marina & Yard Zone's proximity to the Superyacht Zone and a close connection with the Yacht Infrastructure Summit will create a powerful hub where marina infrastructure, investment and development meet. Together with sector-specific content and networking, this will make it easier for marina professionals to connect with peers, suppliers, developers, investors and decision-makers from across the global leisure marine industry. 

A complete market overview for marina professionals

Taking place at RAI Amsterdam from 17–19 November 2026, Metstrade offers marina operators, developers, investors, yard managers and suppliers a complete overview of the market in just a few days. Visitors can discover the latest infrastructure, equipment, technology and services, exchange experiences with peers from around the world and build commercial connections with suppliers, boatbuilders, yacht brokers and other stakeholders across the leisure marine ecosystem. 

Responding to investment, sustainability and operational challenges

The Marina & Yard Zone is expanding as operators and boatyards face major investment decisions. Larger and more sophisticated yachts require upgraded facilities and services, sustainability and energy-efficiency requirements are increasing, and digitalisation is transforming marina management and customer service. 

At the same time, continued investment in marina development, refit facilities and waterfront infrastructure, including the consolidation of smaller marinas into larger networks, is driving demand for smarter, more efficient solutions. HISWA Marina Symposium 2026

A key highlight will be the HISWA Marina Symposium 2026, taking place on Thursday 19 November. Leading voices from HISWA-RECRON, NKC and Current OS will explore market developments, tourism, electrification and emerging business opportunities, providing practical insights to help the marina industry prepare for the future. The session concludes with a networking lunch within the Marina & Yard Zone, creating an immediate opportunity to continue conversations. 

The Yacht Infrastructure Summit

In addition, the Yacht Infrastructure Summit, organised by SuperYacht Times and Marina World on Wednesday 18 November, will bring together developers, investors, planners and operators. Its focus on marina and refit development, investment, operational performance, energy, technology and customer experience will complement the products, solutions and expertise presented in the Marina & Yard Zone. Held in close proximity to the Zone, the Summit will allow delegates to combine strategic discussion with exhibitor visits, meetings and networking throughout the day. 

A larger and more prominent Marina & Yard Zone

For the 2026 edition, the Marina & Yard Zone will relocate from Hall 5 to a larger and more prominent location in Hall 9. Positioned alongside the expanded Superyacht Zone, which spans Halls 7 & 8, it will strengthen connections between marina operators and the wider infrastructure ecosystem, including developers, investors, suppliers, boatbuilders, crew and captains. The move creates a concentrated meeting place for the products, partnerships and investment needed to future-proof marinas, yards and waterfront destinations.
