The panelists for the Women in the marine industry event

METSTRADE, British Marine, Marine Industry News and Soundings Trade Only are proud to announce the panelists for the 2023 Women in the Marine Industry International event at METSTRADE.

The event will include an industry panel comprised of dynamic female leaders from across the globe. The panelists are Gemma Gonzalez, Yachting Business Unit Director, Gruppo Boero; Laurie Louvier, Vice President Marketing, Dometic; Michelle Hildyard, Vice President Product Management & Business Development, Raymarine; Nicky Vaux, Partner & Business Development Manager, Empire Marinas Group, and host of The Boat Princess podcast; Rachel Bridges, Director & General Manager, Cummins, Global Marine. Michele Goldsmith, Vice President and General Manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group, will moderate the panel.

In speaking with Niels Klarenbeek of METSTRADE, Lesley Robinson of British Marine, and Michele Goldsmith of Soundings Trade Only and Lyndsay McClay of Marine Industry News, all expressed their desire to build on the success of the first event in 2022, enthusiasm for the 2023 event and appreciation for the leaders on this year’s panel.  “The panel is comprised of an exceptional group of female leaders from across the globe who work in a variety of marine sectors with a broad range of experience and expertise. We look forward to an empowering, informative, insightful, and engaging conversation,” they said.

The Women in the Marine Industry International event will take place Thursday, November 16th, 8:30 – 10:30am, during the 35th anniversary edition, 2023 METSTRADE show at the RAI Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in the Elicium Theatre. The doors will open at 8:15am for registered attendees with a METSTRADE badge. It will kick off with a light breakfast followed by the industry panel discussion and finish with an opportunity to network.
