Marine Plywood

We supply marine plywood where moisture resistance is guaranteed by class 3 bonding in accordance with the EN 314 standard. We can customize the panels with surface finishing, through the use of veneered woods, papers, and laminates up to lacquering and pantographs. Our plywoods can be certified by Lloyd's BS1088 and on request we can also offer fire-certified panels.

Lightweight solutions

we design and manufacture lightweight panels that reduce weight and offer high performance on the yacht. We can combine fidderent wood species as Okoumè, Mahogany, Beech and Birch with different foams as PET, PVC or special honeycomb as NOMEX.

Acoustic solutions

Our soundproofing sandwich panels, with attention to vibration damping are made with a combination of wood and different types of rubber or rubber-cork with a large choice of densities.

Bulkheads and complete systems

Our bulkheads comprise a set of state-of-the-art technological panels, machined to design according to the customer’s specifications. We assemble them with innovative technical components, allowing us to obtain complete solutions of highly performing compartments.

When it comes to the safe charging and storage of lithium-ion batteries on ships, our RAMBSS modules (Raclan Maritime Battery Safety System) and RACLAN Square Marine Boxes are the first choice. These active systems provide comprehensive protection against the potential consequences of a defective battery that has triggered a thermal runaway. These consequences include explosion, fire, extremely high temperatures, and toxic fumes. Our products are certified by the German TÜV Nord and RISE Sweden.
