Plugs and Moulds

When we make a mould or plug using a conventional material, then the maximum dimensions are limited. However, we can make larger models (up to 35 metres in length) by combining multiple units to make one complete whole. Using a paste system we can work this into a seamless model. We work extensively with polyurethane and epoxy paste. The base for the model is made of EPS (expanded polystyrene) mounted in a wooden frame. Visit our site for more information!
