This year’s theme, “Navigating Today’s Global Market,” explores how marine industry leaders are guiding their organizations through a time of rapid change. From technological disruption and evolving consumer expectations to global volatility and new approaches to business, the discussion will shine a light on how innovation and resilience are shaping the next chapter of the industry.

Meet the 2025 panel

The 2025 panel brings together four exceptional female leaders representing diverse segments of the global marine marketplace. Áine Denari, President of Navico Group and Chief Technology Officer for Brunswick Corporation, Andrea Tetto, Director of Marine Business Planning for Yamaha U.S., Tanja Lutz, Director of EMEA Sales & Service at Seakeeper, and Sylvie Ernoult, Show Director of the Cannes Yachting Festival, whose visionary leadership has elevated Cannes to one of the world’s premier luxury marine events. As she prepares to step down after the 2025 show, her reflections promise to be especially meaningful.

The conversation will be moderated by Michele Goldsmith, Vice President, and General Manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group. An industry leader and longtime advocate for inclusion and innovation, Goldsmith brings an informed and global perspective to the discussion.

The event offers attendees a unique opportunity to gain fresh insight, exchange ideas, and connect with peers across the marine industry, all within a welcoming, collaborative environment. Open to everyone, regardless of gender, the breakfast continues to draw standing-room-only crowds each year, and early registration is encouraged. Please RSVP to mets@britishmarine.co.uk.
