
Annalisa Tarquini-Poli
Annalisa Tarquini-Poli is the Director of the MSc in Luxury Management at the International University of Monaco, where she also lectures on Luxury Distribution Strategies and Luxury Retail Marketing. With extensive experience in both academia and the luxury industry, her expertise spans Human Resources, Luxury Fashion, and Yachting.
Annalisa’s recent publications delve into the Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) customer experience, informed by conversations with over 300 international billionaires. Her upcoming research focuses on the drivers of UHNWI purchasing behavior and the future evolution of their customer experiences.
She is the founder and director of The Mark Challenge, a prestigious global business plan competition for luxury products and services, now in its 12th edition, attracting students and alumni worldwide.
Before joining IUM, Annalisa spent over a decade as a Human Resources Manager in the luxury sector, advising prominent companies such as Fendi (part of the LVMH group). Her achievements include successfully overseeing recruitment processes across Corporate Headquarters, manufacturing plants, European offices, and retail networks.
