Annalisa’s recent publications delve into the Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) customer experience, informed by conversations with over 300 international billionaires. Her upcoming research focuses on the drivers of UHNWI purchasing behavior and the future evolution of their customer experiences.
