Greg spent 27 years as a marine engine, on numerous different types of vessels, including 15 years as Chief Engineer in the superyacht industry, before co-founding V360.

V360 produces XR simulation training for high-hazard industries such as maritime, nuclear, wind, oil & gas and construction. The training focuses on safety, competence and operational awareness using life-like environments and specific industry standards.

Mez Hunter is a Master 3000GT Yachts professional with over 15 years of experience in the superyacht industry. Starting as a junior deckhand, she earned her Master 3000 Certificate of Competency in 2021. Mez has sailed on vessels ranging from 50 to 90 metres worldwide, including a circumnavigation from 2017 to 2019. In recent years, she has also completed the IMO 6.10 Train the Trainer Simulator course, which she has used to develop and train teams in ColRegs, BRM , and communication techniques using a VR multi-user simulator.
