Provide a brief overview of your funding sources, income and expenditure. 3. What are your organisation’s primary activities and what are its main focus points in 2024-25? 4. Tell us your intended purpose for the DAME Design Awards donation and explain why your charity should be named as the recipient this year. 5. What will be the intended tangible result of the DAME Design Award donation? 6. Assuming an indicative grant of €14,500 (please provide a summary breakdown of what you would spend including any major items of capital expenditure and information regarding operational costs). 7. How and when will the donation be spent? 8. Provide an overview of your governance in the areas of safeguarding, financial management, sustainability, equity and diversity & inclusion (links to relevant policy documents are acceptable). 9.
